Episode 002: Josh Kirchner and the Struggles of Disconnecting

On this episode of the By land Podcast, I talk with Josh Kirchner from www.dialedinhunter.com to discuss a recent article he wrote about the struggles of disconnecting when in the mountains.  It's a well timed article as I dealt with this exact struggle while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in 2017.  I have my own thoughts on the struggles of disconnecting and being homesick, but I wanted Josh to have the opportunity to give his take on the matter.

Josh is an amazing writer and has a great perspective on the outdoors, hunting, and the mindset that goes along with it.  This episode has some great information in it and I found myself learning a few things from Josh as well.
