6 Weeks To Solo Backpacking
Coming Spring 2024!
A progression-based program designed to build confidence and prepare you for your first solo backpacking trip.
You'll be given exercises and tasks to complete each week, each building upon one another to build your mental resilience. These include planning and preparation, regular hikes (partner and solo), journaling, and mental mapping exercises to familiarize yourself with how your mind reacts to being alone.
This course is designed to take six full weeks from start to finish and will give you a massive leap forward in your solo adventures.
