6 Weeks to Solo Backpacking is a progression-based course that helps you become comfortable spending a night alone in the backcountry. It’s intentionally designed to build the mental strength, emotional awareness, and give you the confidence you need to take that first solo trip a success.

It’s not about being a badass, it’s about normalizing your environment through regular exposure. Over six weeks, you’ll gradually build comfort training your body and your mind to feel at home outside.
